Description

  • Prepare dining tables and counters with special attention to sanitation and order in the dining area or delivering orders to offices and events
  • Greeting and seating customers
  • Take and serve orders correctly and promptly
  • Answer questions or make recommendations for complementary product
  • Promptly addressing any customer service issues and referring to Management if and when necessary
  • Works quickly, paying attention to details and attending to multiple responsibilities at a time
  • Performing other tasks around the service area, kitchen, and dining area that may be assigned from time to time.
  • Accurately completing reports required

Requirement

  • At least a High School Graduate
  • Training through previous relevant experience or on-the-job training
  • Ability and willingness to collaborate
  • Knowledge of food service regulations and proper food handling procedures
  • Capability to learn quickly and memorize menu details
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
  • Physically able to be on his/her feet for extended periods (and lift up to 16K for women or up to 25K unassisted for men)
