Description

To manage the performance of employees and ensure manning complement based on schedule. Set daily/ weekly/ monthly objectives and communicate to employees.

  • Organize workflow by assigning responsibilities and preparing schedules.
  • Oversee and coach employees
  • Ensure compliance with food safety.
  • Act as a safety officer and ensure people’s compliance with safety practices.
  • Check the output of personnel.
  • Check attendance and provide a copy to client’s representatives.
  • Train new employees.
  • Perform progressive disciplinary actions on erring employees.



Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Food Science, Hospitality Management, or a related field. Industrial Engineering graduate is highly an advantage.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in food operations, preferably in a supervisory role
  • Strong knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards
  • Proficient in MS Office and inventory management software
  • Willing to work on weekends and holidays as needed
