Description

We are looking for a friendly, enthusiastic, and professional Food & Beverage Server to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing excellent service to our guests, ensuring their dining experience is enjoyable and memorable. The Food & Beverage Server will take food and drink orders, deliver orders to customers, and assist in maintaining a clean and inviting environment.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet guests promptly with a positive and welcoming attitude.
  • Present menus to guests and provide detailed information about menu items, including daily specials and recommendations.
  • Take accurate food and beverage orders, input them into the POS system, and relay orders to the kitchen and bar staff.
  • Serve food and drinks to guests in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Monitor guest satisfaction, ensuring their needs are met throughout their dining experience.
  • Assist with clearing and cleaning tables between guests and resetting them for new customers.
  • Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure all orders are prepared accurately and served to guests without delay.
  • Handle guest inquiries and resolve any concerns in a courteous and professional manner.
  • Ensure that all payments are processed accurately, including handling cash and processing credit card transactions.
  • Maintain cleanliness of the dining area, including floors, tables, and service areas.
  • Adhere to all health and safety regulations, including food handling and sanitation guidelines.
  • Participate in team meetings and training sessions to stay updated on menu changes and company policies.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management.

Requirement

  • Previous experience as a Food & Beverage Server or in a similar customer service role is preferred.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to interact with a diverse range of customers.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a high level of professionalism.
  • Knowledge of food and beverage menu items, including wine, cocktails, and dietary preferences.
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
  • Ability to stand for long periods and carry heavy trays.
