- Carry-out research and development activities such as:
- Development of new product
- Reformulation of existing product
- Evaluation and establishing the specifications of raw materials, packaging materials and finished product of both new and reformulated product
- Standardization of product formulation, process design/procedure and quality control checkpoints on each process step
- Determine product shelf-life
- Perform sensory evaluation; gather and interpret data using statistical tools
- Assist in processing requirements of FDA LTO/CPR
- Assist in label development to ensure compliance to FDA requirements
- Adhoc duties that may be assigned by the immediate superior
- A graduate of Bachelor of Science in Food Technology, Chemistry
- With one year experience in the field of Research and Development
- Fresh graduates are encourage to apply; gained experience from internship, research asistantship in the food industry
- Must be trainable, resourceful, result-oriented and can work in minimum supervision
- Knowledgeable in cGMP, HACCP, FSSC 22000 is an advantage
