- Assist in preparing prototypes for sweets and savory applications for internal evaluations and customer presentations.
- Support the Application Specialist in conducting experiments and trials.
- Participate in sensory evaluations for selected projects.
- Manage inventory, stock monitoring, and ordering of raw materials, flavor samples, and lab supplies.
- Prepare and dispatch samples for local customers and Givaudan affiliates.
- Schedule and coordinate calibration and maintenance of laboratory equipment.
- Ensure compliance with EH&S policies by maintaining a clean, safe, and organized lab environment.
- BS Food Technology or related field
- Open to Fresh Graduates in any Food, Engineer, or related courses.
- Lab Related Experience (preferably food-related exposure)
- Proficiency in common PC applications (Excel, Word, MS Access).
- Basic knowledge of laboratory safety, Good Laboratory Practices (GLPs), Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs), and hygiene/environmental guidelines.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and collaborate with different teams.
