POSITION: FOOD SERVICE SPECIALIST

(For Food Service Specialist, They need someone with strong exposure in FMCG, Supermarket, Wet market, Restaurant, Hotel etc.,)

• With at least 2 years work experience in the same capacity preferably from an FMCG or manufacturing company
• With excellent negotiation, communication & inter-personal skills
• Willing to do field work in different locations and do admin day at Malabon head office.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Manage institutional and company accounts and achieve sales targets set by the Company with focus on placement, distribution and saturation grid.
• Establish and maintain good trade relations with the accounts.
• Develop and add customers and negotiate for the best trade deals for the company in terms of marketing, merchandising and distribution aimed at improving and optimizing sales and operations efficiency.
• Prepare and submit reports related to accounts management and sales performances.

Work Location:  Malabon Head office once a week and field work within NCR

Work Schedule:  Mondays to Fridays 8am to 6:30pm compressed work week

Pay: ₱25,000.00 - ₱30,000.00 (Basic and De minimis) per month plus monthly sales incentives
