• Responsible to formulates quality and food safety plans for refrigerated processed meat.
• Implement quality inspection plans for raw materials, intermediates, finished products, and processes.
• Verifies production and storage processes against established procedure and specifications to assure that the company objectives are met.
• Reports on the performance of the manufacturing plant against quality objectives; identifies and analyses weakness and makes recommendation for improvement thereon.
• You will also perform other work assignment that may be assigned from time to time.

Qualifications

• Graduate of a BS in Chemistry or Chemical Engineering
• Licensed Chemist or Chemical Engineer
• With at least minimum of 3 years of experience in the food industry, preferably in quality control, R&D, or manufacturing
