Research & Development (R&D) – Food Technology

We are looking for a Research & Development (R&D) to handle product development and improvement for our food products.

Job Responsibilities:

• Manage and oversee research and development activities
• Lead the R&D team in developing new food products and improving existing products
• Conduct product trials, testing, and evaluation
• Develop and formulate new juice and beverage products based on market trends and customer requirements.
• Improve existing formulations to enhance taste, quality, shelf life, and cost efficiency.
• Ensure products comply with food safety standards and regulations
• Handle FDA product registration processes, product documentation, labeling requirements, and other regulatory procedures for launching new products
• Coordinate with Production, Quality Assurance, and other related departments
• Prepare reports and documentation for management

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Food Technology, Food Science
• Proven experience in Research & Development within the food and beverage industry
• Knowledge or background in juice drink products or experience working in a juice drink company is an advantage
• Knowledge of GMP, HACCP, Food Safety Management Systems, and quality standards.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
