- Welcome and assist guests upon their arrival.
- Manage cash transactions efficiently and accurately.
- Handle reservations and provide dining recommendations.
- Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service.
- Maintain a clean and organized front-of-house area.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications:High School Diploma or equivalent
- Experience Level:1–3 years of experience in a customer service role
