What You’ll Be Doing

• Supervise daily kitchen operations to ensure smooth workflow and high-quality food preparation.
• Lead, train, and motivate kitchen staff to meet production goals and maintain quality standards.
• Oversee the preparation, cooking, and presentation of chicken dishes according to company recipes and standards.
• Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and sanitation policies.
• Monitor inventory and assist in ordering supplies to maintain proper stock levels.
• Check the quality and freshness of raw chicken and other ingredients.
• Coordinate with management and other departments to ensure timely and accurate production.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of all kitchen areas, tools, and equipment.
• Address issues and provide solutions to keep operations running efficiently.

What We’re Looking For

• At least a High School Graduate (Culinary training or related experience preferred).
• Proven experience in a kitchen supervisory or lead cook role, preferably in a chicken or food production setting.
• Strong understanding of food safety, kitchen operations, and quality control.
• Good leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Physically fit and able to stand for long hours.
