The Food and Beverage Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of Flavor Box, ensuring high standards in food quality, service excellence, and operational efficiency. The role also manages banquet functions and special events to ensure smooth execution and guest satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

Restaurant Operations (Flavor Box)

• Supervise daily dining operations and staff scheduling.
• Ensure compliance with food safety and sanitation standards.
• Monitor food quality, presentation, and portion control.
• Handle guest concerns and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Coordinate with the kitchen team for smooth service flow.
• Monitor inventory, control wastage, and assist in cost management.
• Prepare operational reports for Flavor Box sales performance
• Monitor room service to ensure product quality and proper delivery standards 

Banquet & Events Management

• Oversee banquet setups and service execution.
• Coordinate with Sales and Kitchen teams for event requirements.
• Supervise staff during events and ensure service excellence.
• Ensure proper billing and post-event evaluation.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Hospitality Management or related field.
• Minimum of 2–3 years experience in restaurant or banquet supervision.
• Strong knowledge of food and beverage service standards.
• Experience in banquet and event coordination.
• Strong leadership and organizational skills.
• Customer-focused with strong personality and professional behavior.
• Able to work under pressure and flexible schedules.
