What You’ll Do:

• Lead and supervise the store team to ensure efficient daily operations
• Provide outstanding customer service and handle concerns professionally
• Oversee cash handling, POS transactions, and daily sales reports
• Manage inventory, stock levels, and product availability
• Ensure compliance with food safety, cleanliness, and company standards
• Train, guide, and motivate staff to meet performance goals
• Maintain store organization and a positive work environment

What We’re Looking For:

• Bachelor’s degree preferred
• 1–2 years experience in food & beverage supervisory/OIC role
• Knowledgeable in store operations, inventory, and cash handling
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Customer-focused and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Honest, dependable, and detail-oriented
• Background in food safety is an advantage
• Willing to be assigned in Poblacion, Makati
