Job Description
- Oversee daily operations of food and beverage services.
- Develop and implement menus and promotions.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Manage budgets, inventory, and supplier relationships.
- Train and supervise staff, fostering a customer-focused environment.
- Analyze customer feedback to enhance service quality.
- Educational Qualifications: High/Senior High School diploma required.
- Experience Level: Fresh graduate or student with relevant internships or practical experiences preferred.
- Skills and Competencies: Proficient in operations management, inventory management, quality control, and cost management. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
- Responsibilities and Duties: Manage daily food and beverage operations, oversee inventory, ensure quality standards, and coordinate with staff to deliver excellent service.
- Working Conditions: Fast-paced environment, requiring flexibility in working hours, including evenings and weekends. Overtime could be required.
- Qualities and Traits: Strong work ethic, team player, and committed to delivering high-quality customer experiences.
