Now Hiring: Operations & F&B Manager

We’re looking for a dynamic and experienced Operations & F&B Manager to lead our team in delivering premium charter experiences. If you have a passion for hospitality and the sea, and thrive in a fast-paced environment creating personalized, curated yacht experiences — this role could be for you.

 Exciting Opportunity: We are also preparing for the launch of our upcoming floating restaurant, and this role will play a key part in spearheading its operations and success.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field
• Must have a valid driver’s license (able to drive a 2-wheel or 4-wheel)
• Proven experience in operations management, ideally in luxury hospitality, restaurants, bars, or the yacht/cruise industry
• Must be goal oriented and able to multi-task and reporting
• Strong background in food and beverage service, including:
• Manpower planning
• Inventory control
• Supplier coordination
• Excellent leadership and team management skills
• Experience overseeing daily operations and performance reporting
• Knowledge of maritime regulations and safety standards is a plus
• Flexible schedule — willing to work weekends, holidays, and irregular hours as needed
• Comfortable working in semi open-air environments (sun, wind, sea conditions, changing weather)
• Adaptable to management communication and DAILY reporting requirements, including providing timely updates via Viber (Must have experience in reporting)

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee all aspects of yacht charter operations and onboard food & beverage service
• Lead, train, and manage crew to deliver outstanding guest experiences
• Handle logistics, daily operations, manpower, maintenance coordination, and overall service delivery
• Ensure compliance with safety, cleanliness, and service standards
• Be present during charters and bookings to supervise operations and attend to client needs
• Spearhead the operational planning and launch of the upcoming floating restaurant
• Provide daily operational updates (such as manpower, maintenance, inventory, and expense/sales reports) to Management via Viber
• Adaptable to daily phone calls with Management for daily operational updates.
