Job Summary:

The Team Leader is responsible for supervising the daily operations of two assigned store outlets to ensure operational efficiency, sales performance, customer satisfaction, and compliance with company standards. The role oversees store activities, staff performance, inventory control, sales monitoring, customer service, and cost management. The Team Leader serves as the primary support contact for store teams and coordinates with the Operations Supervisor for operational concerns and improvement initiatives

Qualifications:

• At least 1-2 years of experience in sales; 1 year in a supervisory role preferred.
• Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Knowledge of CRM tools, sales reporting, and forecasting techniques.
• Willing to travel between assigned outlets.
