Description
- Oversee daily operations of the food and beverage department to ensure exceptional service.
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance the dining experience and increase customer satisfaction.
- Manage inventory, procurement, and cost control of food and beverage supplies.
- Recruit, train, and mentor staff to maintain high standards of service.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and operations.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management or a related field
- Experience Level: 3–5 years of experience in food and beverage management
- Skills and Competencies: Strong leadership and communication skills
- Skills and Competencies: Ability to manage budgets and excel in cost control
- Qualities and Traits: Passion for customer service and a creative approach to menu development
- Working Conditions: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
