- Greeting guests and taking drink and food orders
- Staying attentive to the needs of guests in the dining area
- Delivering food from the kitchen to the guests
- Ensuring the food order is made correctly by kitchen staff and looks presentable for guests
- Following health code standards with regards to the handling of food
- Performing shift duties like delivering racks of cups to the service station, rolling silverware, pre-bussing tables, wiping tables and removing debris and more.
- This position is responsible for taking the guests, orders for either dine-in or take out and
- Manage all transactions with guests accurately and efficiently and support the Exceptional
- Guest Experience through the delivery of quality service.
- Take order and accurately and correctly enter “guest” order into the POS System.
- Collect cash and card payment from guest, handle cash and card transaction.
- Accomplish cashier end of shift reports and endorse those to the manager on duty.
- Up-sells in store promotions when applicable.
- Create and maintain cash reports at the end of each day.
- Performs other duties required/assigned by the Immediate Head.
Requirements
- At least vocational graduate of Hotel and Restaurant Services
- With at least 6 months experience in Hotel or Restaurant set-up
- Must have complete government numbers and able to start immediately
