We are looking for a highly-motivated and goal-driven Management Trainee-Motorpool to join our Operations Team. This role is ideal for aspiring engineering professionals who are passionate about fleet management, vehicle maintenance, and continuous process improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Automotive Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or any related course and relevant experience
• At least 1 year of relevant work experience in motorpool, fleet maintenance, automotive service, or related field
• Fresh graduates with exceptional internship experience may also be considered
• Knowledgeable in internal combustion and electric vehicle technology
• Familiar with preventive and corrective vehicle maintenance practices
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills
• Goal-driven, highly organized, and able to work under pressure
• Willing to be assigned in Laguna
• Willing to travel to company sites and project locations

Key Responsibilities

• Support management in daily motorpool and fleet operations
• Monitor preventive and corrective maintenance schedule
• Coordinate with suppliers, service providers, and internal departments
• Analyze vehicle performance, maintenance costs, and fleet utilization
• Ensure compliance with company policies and safety standards
• Manage a team of mechanics and technicians based on job orders and company direction
