Handles fleet insurance, compliance, maintenance, and financial tools (fleet cards, RFID). Ensures all vehicles are insured, registered, maintained, and properly documented.

1. FLEET INSURANCE & COMPLIANCE

• Manage CTPL and comprehensive insurance, renewals, and records.
• Process insurance claims and coordinate required documents.
• Handle LTO registration and renewal of all vehicles.

2. VEHICLE MAINTENANCE

• Monitor maintenance and repair schedules.
• Coordinate with mechanics and service providers.
• Keep records of all repairs, services, and costs.

3. FLEET CARD & RFID

• Oversee fleet card usage and review transactions.
• Monitor RFID/Autosweep accounts, funding, and reconciliation.

4. ASSET SUPPORT

• Coordinate with Asset Management for vehicle documentation, tagging, tracking, and disposal.
