- Supervise and monitor daily crane and lifting operations at the project site.
- Ensure that all lifting activities are conducted safely and in accordance with approved procedures and site requirements.
- Assign and coordinate work among Crane Operators, Riggers, and other lifting personnel.
- Review lifting plans, load requirements, lifting equipment, and site conditions before operations.
- Ensure that cranes, rigging equipment, and lifting accessories are properly inspected and in safe working condition.
- Monitor crane operators and riggers to ensure proper operating and lifting procedures are followed.
- Coordinate with the Site Supervisor, Operations Team, Safety Team, and other concerned personnel regarding lifting activities.
