DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Ensures efficient and effective processing of New LTO registration for the assigned company customers and renewal of LTO Registration for company-owned vehicles.   
• Requests for petty cash / check for LTO registration payment for new vehicles and endorses this to the LTO Liaison together with the documentary requirements.
• Monitors and records the status of registration and release of Original Receipt / Certificate of Registration (OR/CR), and vehicle plate from LTO in coordination with LTO liaison.
• Releases / distributes received LTO Registration Plates and OR/CRs to customers in coordination with the sales consultants
• Prepares LTO Registration Monitoring Report and submits to Immediate Head for review and to Next Higher Head for endorsement.
