Job Description

Fleet Coordinator provides administrative support related to vehicle maintenance. This role involves a variety of tasks, including scheduling of maintenance, tracking vehicle history, managing budgets, and other vehicle-related tasks.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Schedule and coordinate inspections and internal maintenance activities for company vehicles (e.g., oil changes, tire rotations).
  • Coordinating with external service providers, mechanics, and suppliers.
  • Manage and track vehicle service records and maintenance history.
  • Managing preventive maintenance budgets and invoices.
  • Ensuring compliance with safety and regulatory standards.
  • Monitoring vehicle usage, mileage, and condition.
  • Ordering parts and supplies as needed.
  • Assisting with insurance claims or vehicle-related incidents.

Job Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred (e.g., Business
  • Administration, Logistics).
  • With TESDA NCII in Automotive and other related fields is an advantage.
  • Knowledge of vehicle maintenance basics.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Strong organizational and administrative skills.
  • Communication and coordination abilities.
  • Attention to detail and record-keeping.
