Fleet Maintenance Supervisor

Job Description
- Assist with various administrative tasks as needed.
- Support team members in project execution and coordination.
- Conduct research and gather data for decision-making.
- Maintain organized records and documentation.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders and team members.
- Adapt to changing priorities and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Automotive Technology, or a related field.
- Certifications related to vehicle maintenance or fleet management are a plus (e.g., ASE certifications, or local certifications from TESDA).
- At least 3–5 years of experience in fleet maintenance or automotive repair.
- Prior experience in a supervisory or managerial role is preferred.
- Proficiency in using fleet management software or tools.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- A valid driver’s license (with an excellent driving record).
- Familiarity with local regulations and laws governing transportation and fleet management in the Philippines.
