Description
- Coordinate and manage the daily operations of the fleet to ensure efficient delivery of services.
- Monitor vehicle maintenance schedules and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
- Assist in the development of fleet policies and procedures.
- Analyze fleet performance data to identify areas for improvement.
- Communicate with drivers and staff to resolve any operational issues.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience Level: 0–2 years of experience in fleet management or a related area.
- Skills and Competencies: Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Skills and Competencies: Effective communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Qualities and Traits: Detail-oriented with a problem-solving mindset.
- Responsibilities and Duties: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
