- Plan and monitor shipments from origin to destination.
- Liaise with transport companies, freight forwarders, and suppliers to schedule timely deliveries.
- Ensure that all shipments are made according to customer needs, budgets, and timelines.
- Maintain accurate inventory levels and ensure timely restocking of supplies as necessary.
- Monitor stock levels and track shipments, ensuring that all items are received and shipped out as scheduled.
- Monitor the status of goods in transit, updating customers or internal teams on the progress.
- Resolve any issues that arise during the shipment process, including delays, damaged goods, or errors in delivery.
