KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Supervise the daily activities of the Maintenance/Motorpool Team.
• Prepare and implement preventive maintenance schedules for company vehicles.
• Monitor the condition, repair, and maintenance of all company vehicles.
• Ensure all vehicles undergo scheduled PMS, oil changes, inspections, and necessary repairs.
• Coordinate vehicle repairs with mechanics, service centers, and suppliers.
• Monitor spare parts, tools, tires, batteries, lubricants, and other motorpool supplies.
• Maintain updated records of vehicle repairs, maintenance history, registration, insurance, and other documents.
• Monitor fuel usage and identify unusual vehicle maintenance or operating expenses.
• Coordinate with contractors and suppliers for major vehicle epair and maintenance requirements.
• Ensure proper use, safekeeping, and accountability of maintenance tools and equipment.
• Prepare regular maintenance and motorpool reports for management.
• Ensure compliance with company safety procedures and maintenance standards.
• Perform other related duties that may be assigned by Management.
• Willing to work extended hours when necessary.
