Job Description:

  • Monitors and plans vehicle capacity and daily vehicle requirements based on operational volume.
  • Schedules and assigns available vehicles according to pickup and delivery requirements.
  • Coordinates with drivers, riders, branch teams, and operations regarding vehicle schedules.
  • Monitors vehicle utilization, availability, and scheduling conflicts.
  • Ensures that vehicle assignments are properly recorded and updated.
  • Adjusts schedules as needed due to changes in parcel volume, vehicle availability, or operational requirements.
  • Prepares daily reports related to vehicle capacity, utilization, and scheduling.
  • Performs other operational and administrative tasks as assigned by Management.

Requirements:


  • At least 2nd year college level or graduate of a 2-year/4-year course.
  • Preferably with experience in logistics, transportation, dispatching, or scheduling.
  • Knowledgeable in MS Excel and basic data monitoring.
  • Good coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Organized and detail oriented.
  • Willing to work on a flexible time and shifting schedule.
  • Willing to work on weekends/holidays when required by operations.
  • Can work under pressure in a fast-paced logistics environment.
