Vehicle maintenance -Ensuring vehicles are well-maintained, including checking, changing, and refilling lubricants, and testing vehicles 

Vehicle availability - Ensuring vehicles are available for use, and that they are clean and in good condition 

Driver management - Supervising drivers, setting goals, and reviewing their performance 

Vehicle documentation- Maintaining a logbook of vehicle movement, mileage, servicing, petrol consumption, and general condition 

Insurance - Handling annual vehicle inspections and insurance renewals, and insurance cases in the event of accidents or incidents 

Fleet operation - Scheduling, forecasting, and assessing organizational trends 

Fleet cost management - Analyzing operational expenses, fuel consumption, and maintenance costs to identify areas for improvement and Developing methods to decrease cost and improve efficiency.

Fleet licensure - Managing vehicle licensure and registration, and ensuring all fleet members have proper licensure and up-to-date training

l Degree in logistics or any course                                  

l More than two years of holding positions in logistics (as fleet officer)

l Previous work experience in transportation industries

l Exceptional leadership, decision-making, and organizational skills

l Analytical mindset and problem-solving capabilities

l Exceptional attention to detail

l Outstanding interpersonal skills

l Excellent written and verbal communication

l Must possessed a professional driver’s license with restriction A,A1,B,B1,B 2 & N2&N3 [if applicable]
