Description
- Design and implement personalized fitness programs for clients
- Conduct group training sessions to promote teamwork and motivation
- Monitor clients' progress and adjust their fitness plans as necessary
- Provide nutritional guidance and support to clients
- Create a positive and energizing environment for client engagement
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Experience Level: Not required but with is a plus
- Skills and Competencies: Coaching, Excellent Communication Skills, Leadership Development, People Management, Sales Training
- Responsibilities and Duties:Ability to effectively engage and motivate clients
- Working Conditions:Flexible hours, including evenings and weekends may be required
- Qualities and Traits:Energetic, personable, and passionate about fitness
