We are looking for a fitness coach!

Qualifications:

• With Certificate as a gym coach / fitness coach
• Basic knowledge in Pilates
• 2+ years of experience as a fitness trainer
• Can demonstrate proper techniques

Responsibilities:

• Conduct initial and ongoing screenings to identify muscular imbalances, postural deviations, and restricted range of motion
• Deliver high-level verbal, visual, and tactile cues to ensure clients maintain proper form, spinal alignment, and core engagement
• Proactively modify exercises for special populations, including prenatal/postpartum clients, seniors, and those recovering from injury or surgery
• Maintain accurate records of client performance, milestones, and feedback to ensure long-term development and retention
• Adhere to strict hygiene protocols by sanitizing equipment between sessions and ensuring the studio environment remains professional and organized

Other Details:

• Schedule: 6 days in a week; mall hours; no fixed day off
