Financial Services Representative

The Financial Services Representative assists clients with a range of financial services, including account management, transactions, and product information. They handle customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide guidance on banking products such as loans, credit cards, and investment options. Responsibilities include processing transactions, updating account information, and ensuring compliance with financial regulations.

Strong communication skills, a solid understanding of financial products, and proficiency in computer systems are essential. Previous experience in a financial or customer service role is preferred.

Shifting schedules

• Must have at least 2 years of BPO experience;
• or 1 year of Banking and Finance account experience (international voice campaign)
• Must have completed 2 years in College
• Must have excellent communication skills
• Must be willing to work onsite
• Must be amenable to shifting schedules
