Job Summary (Finance Senior Manager)

Finance & Accounting Operations Leadership: Manage daily, monthly, and annual accounting operations.

Financial Closing & Reporting: Oversee timely and accurate financial closing (month-end/year-end) and prepare financial statements.

Tax Compliance & BIR Negotiations: Handle all BIR-related matters, including tax compliance (VAT, Withholding Tax, Income Tax), ensuring timely filing, and acting as the main point of contact for BIR audits and negotiations.

Cost Control & Planning: Manage budgeting, forecasting, and cost control initiatives to ensure profitability.

Strategic Decision Support: Provide financial analysis, insights, and recommendations to the EVP/Treasurer to support management decisions.

Team Management: Lead and mentor the finance and accounting team.

Minimum 15 years of experience in managerial/finance leadership roles

Strong experience in BIR compliance and tax negotiation

Solid background in financial closing management

Experience in cost control and long-term financial planning

Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field

Preference will be given to candidates with experience as a Finance Department Head

MBA or Master’s Degree in Finance/Accounting

CPA (Certified Public Accountant) or CMA (Certified Management Accountant)

Experience as Finance Department Head or equivalent senior leadership role

P80.00/day meal allowance, Insurance, 13th month pay, and Bonus: Yes (+ 14th mo. pay and Mid Year Bonus on a pro-rata basis)

Minimum of 12 SL and 12 VL (Max of 22 SL and 22 VL)

Work schedule: Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM, but expected to render some overtime as necessary
