Job Requirements:

• Process and monitor all company payments and disbursements.
• Record and verify Purchase Inbound transactions in the system.
• Process Purchase Return transactions and coordinate with suppliers.
• Verify and record Sales Outbound transactions and related documents.
• Maintain accurate product and inventory-related financial records.
• Verify invoices, official receipts, and supporting documents.
• Coordinate with warehouse and sales departments regarding inventory transactions.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and financial procedures.
• Reconcile collections, payments, and bank transactions.
• Record and monitor company expenses and ensure proper documentation.
• Prepare and submit Daily Collection Reports.
• Proficiency in ERP, accounting, or inventory management systems.

Job Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accountancy, Business Administration, or related field.
• Proven experience in finance, accounting, or a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of financial management principles.
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office applications.
• Understanding of financial reporting and budgeting processes.
• Knowledge of tax regulations and compliance requirements.
• High level of integrity, honesty, and professionalism.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality of financial information.
• Experience in accounts payable and accounts receivable management.
• Knowledge of cash flow management and forecasting.
