Position: Telemarketer

Working location: Santolan Pasig

Salary 18k to start

Permanent after 6 months evaluation

Monday to Friday Sched

Qualification:

• 4 years College Grad or 4 years undergrad in BS Financial or related and also open for Senior High School graduate at least Accounting related course

• 2 years experience in telemarketing or sales in Banking, Lending, Insurance or Loan Industry is required

• Good communication skills and organize

• Strong understanding of borrower/lender dynamics

• Willing to learn and be trained

• Positive attitude and persistence

• Strong negotiation and closing skills

• Comfortable working under pressure

• Goal-oriented with a competitive mindset

Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential clients

• Introduce company services in a clear and friendly manner

• Gather basic client information

• Pass qualified leads to the sales team

• Reach out to lenders and financing businesses

• Understand their current collection and tracking process

• Introduce digital solutions (QR payments, borrower tracking)

• Assist in onboarding and initial setup

• Maintain call logs and reports
