1. Financial Operations & Analysis

• Quality Assurance: Ensures the accuracy and defensibility of financial reports through rigorous review of significant accounts.
• Analytical Reporting: Analyzes full sets of financial statements (Balance Sheet, Income Statement, and Cash Flow) to produce high-level Management and Dashboard reports.
• Strategic Support: Facilitates business simulations, budgeting, and financial planning to meet specific client needs.
• Technical Advisory: Acts as a key resource for clients’ finance and accounting teams regarding complex accounting concerns.

2. Client & Account Management

• SLA Compliance: Guarantees that all Service Level Agreements and project deliverables are executed accurately and on time.
• Relationship Building: Maintains strong partnerships with internal and external stakeholders to enhance service delivery.
• Issue Resolution: Proactively identifies account-specific concerns and escalates them to senior management for timely resolution.

3. Operational Standards & Compliance

• Continuous Improvement: Provides actionable recommendations to refine and improve existing service delivery practices.
• Professional Integrity: Upholds organizational values and strictly adheres to company policies and professional standards.
• Confidentiality: Protects sensitive organizational data and manages additional duties as assigned by leadership.

Job Requirements

1. A graduate of a Bachelor of Science in Accountancy, or a Bachelor of Science in Management Accounting.

2. With minimum 1-2 accounting experience in Financial Statements preparation and analysis.

3. With experience in handling different industries is a plus.

4. Willing to do travels and client visits if needed.
