About the Role

You will be assigned to a partner bank branch to assist clients with their financial needs. This role is ideal for both fresh graduates and experienced financial sales professionals seeking stable hours, strong earning potential, and clear career growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist walk‑in and referred clients inside the partner bank branch
• Conduct basic financial needs assessments
• Recommend insurance and financial solutions aligned with client goals
• Build relationships with clients and bank officers
• Support branch sales performance and achieve individual targets
• Complete documentation accurately; follow compliance guidelines

Qualifications

For Fresh Graduates / Entry Level:

• Bachelor’s degree (any course)
• Good communication skills
• Professional appearance
• Willing to work onsite at a bank branch

For Experienced Candidates:

Preferred backgrounds:

• Bancassurance
• Financial sales/insurance sales
• Banking sales/loans/lending
• Real estate sales
• Any client‑facing sales role
• Proven ability to hit sales targets
