• Financial Planning & Advisory: Conduct comprehensive financial needs analyses for individual and corporate clients, focusing on wealth accumulation, retirement, health protection, and legacy planning.
• Client Relationship Management: Utilize your existing financial acumen and network to prospect, build, and maintain strong, long-term advisory relationships.
• Portfolio Consultation: Design and present tailored financial and protection solutions using Pru Life UK’s industry-leading product suite.
• Continuous Professional Development: Participate in ongoing sales, leadership, and product masterclasses to stay ahead of market trends.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Experience: Minimum 1–2 years of experience in the banking, finance, investment, or corporate sales sectors.
• Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, Economics, or any related field.
• Skills: Strong interpersonal communication, active listening, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Mindset: Highly self-motivated, entrepreneurial, goal-driven, and possesses high professional integrity.
• Licensing: Willingness to undertake and pass the Insurance Commission licensing examinations (training and review support provided).
