We are looking for motivated, goal-oriented individuals who are passionate about sales, personal development, and helping Filipino families achieve their financial goals.

Qualified applicants may also be considered for the PRUVenture Apprentice Program, which provides structured training, coaching, and mentorship to help aspiring Financial Advisors build a successful career in the financial services industry.

Qualifications

• Graduate of any Bachelor's Degree course
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
• Sales experience is an advantage but not required
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Goal-oriented, motivated, and willing to learn
• Passionate about financial literacy and helping others
• Must have a laptop or PC with webcam and a smartphone
• Must have a stable internet connection
• Preferably residing in Metro Manila / NCR
• Willing to attend unit and branch meetings and team activities
• Willing to travel for company incentive trips and events
