• Recommend financial solutions such as life insurance, investments, education funding, retirement planning, and wealth protection
• Help clients make sound financial decisions based on their goals and life stages
• Build and maintain strong relationships with individual and corporate clients
• Conduct financial needs analysis and provide suitable recommendations
• Expand client base through networking, referrals, and business development activities
• Attend trainings, seminars, and coaching sessions to improve skills and product knowledge
• Recruit, train, mentor, and manage a team of financial consultants
• Monitor team performance and support team growth and development
