- Provide customized financial solutions to help clients achieve their short-term and long-term financial goals such as savings, investments, life protection, education funding, retirement planning, and wealth management
- Assist clients in making informed financial decisions based on their current needs and future plans
- Build and maintain strong relationships with individual and corporate clients
- Expand client network through referrals, prospecting, and business development activities
- Conduct financial needs analysis and recommend suitable insurance and investment products
- Attend regular trainings, coaching sessions, and online meetings to enhance skills and industry knowledge
- Lead, mentor, and support a team of financial consultants to achieve personal and team targets
- Monitor team performance and help develop future leaders within the organization
