Job Summary

A Financial Advisor helps individuals and families achieve their financial goals by providing personalized advice on savings, investments, insurance, retirement, and wealth protection. The role focuses on building long-term client relationships while delivering ethical, compliant, and goal-based financial solutions.

Key Responsibilities

1. Assess clients’ financial needs, goals, risk tolerance, and current financial situation.

2. Develop and recommend customized financial plans and strategies.

3. Provide guidance on insurance, investments, retirement, education, and estate planning.

4. Educate clients on financial products and market conditions.

5. Build and maintain long-term client relationships through regular reviews and follow-ups.

6. Acquire new clients through referrals, networking, and marketing activities.

7. Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and ethical standards

8. Prepare reports, proposals, and documentation accurately and on time

Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field (preferred)

- Licensed or willing to obtain required financial/insurance licenses.
