Manager, Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A)

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Manager, Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) to lead financial planning, forecasting, budgeting, and performance analysis initiatives. This role will partner closely with business leaders to provide strategic insights, drive financial decision-making, and support organizational growth through data-driven recommendations.

The ideal candidate possesses strong FP&A expertise, hands-on experience with NetSuite and Workday Adaptive Planning, and a proven track record of leading teams in a fast-paced enterprise environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the annual budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning processes.
• Develop and maintain financial models to support strategic business decisions.
• Manage monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting and variance analysis.
• Build and enhance planning models within Workday Adaptive Planning.
• Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to evaluate business performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Deliver actionable insights and recommendations to senior leadership.
• Oversee financial data integrity and reporting accuracy within NetSuite and other financial systems.
• Mentor and manage FP&A team members, fostering a high-performance culture.
• Support executive presentations, board reporting, and strategic initiatives.

Required Qualifications (Non-Negotiable)

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
• 5+ years of Financial Planning & Analysis experience.
• 2+ years of people management experience in an FP&A leadership role.
• Hands-on experience with NetSuite.
• Advanced proficiency in Workday Adaptive Planning, including:
• Building planning models
• Budgeting and forecasting processes
• Financial reporting and dashboard development
• Scenario and what-if analysis
• Strong financial modeling and analytical skills.
• Experience working within an enterprise-level organization.

Preferred Qualifications

• CPA, CFA, MBA, or equivalent professional certification.
• Experience supporting high-growth or multinational organizations.
• Advanced Excel and financial reporting skills.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.
