Essential Duties And Responsibilities:

• Perform a detailed reconciliation on Sundry Account.
• Compare bank statements, ledgers, invoices, and transaction reports.
• Identify and investigate discrepancies between ledgers and transaction reports with supporting documents.
• Report to Accounting Head on findings and recommendations to resolve issues.
• Propose necessary adjusting or correcting entries.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

Accountabilities:

• Ensure accurate and timely reconciliation of assigned accounts and transactions.
• Identify, investigate, and resolve discrepancies and variances promptly.
• Ensure all reconciliation items are properly documented, explained, and followed up until resolution.

Job Specification (Education And/Or Work Experience Requirements):

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting & Finance or any business-related field preferred.
• Previous experience in reconciliation and/or bookkeeping is an advantage.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
• Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy.
• Good analytical skills.
• Ability to adhere to strict deadlines.
