Job Requirements

Qualifications:

* Bachelor’s Degree in Accountancy or any related course.

* 2-5+ years of experience in accounting and Philippine taxation.

* Experience in an accounting, audit, or consultancy firm is highly preferred.

* Strong working knowledge of BIR regulations and statutory compliance.

* Proficient in accounting systems and advanced Excel.

* Proven experience in supervising staff and reviewing work.

• Financial Modeling & Forecasting: Create complex models to simulate business scenarios, aiding in strategic planning.
• Budgeting & Variance Analysis: Develop annual budgets and perform monthly variance analysis to track company performance against targets.
• Reporting & Insights: Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports, including profitability analyses, for senior leadership.
• Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to automate reporting and optimize financial processes using tools like Excel, SQL, and Power BI.
• Strategic Business Partnering: Collaborate with department leaders to align KPIs with financial goals and support strategic initiatives
