Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy, Finance or other related programs.
• At least 1-3 years of accounting/financial analysis.
• Experience in hospital/health care industry (Preferred).
• Experience in using BizBox or other Hospital Information System.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare, analyze, and submit monthly financial statements and reports to Management, including the Income Statement, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow, and Budget Report.
• Provide timely, relevant, and accurate reporting of hospital and departmental performance against historical, budgeted, forecasted, and strategic planning results.
• Prepare OPEX, Income, and CAPEX reports (comparing actual vs. budget). Investigate and report any inconsistencies.
• Consolidate all department budgets into the organizational budget to support Management in decision-making and achieving the strategic plan.
• Maintain and develop standard templates and financial models for use by Finance during the planning process, ensuring quality, accuracy, and focused analytic review.
• Oversee the Property Plant and Equipment Schedule for the hospital, and handle requested financial reports by government offices and external auditors.
