Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accountancy, Finance, or any related course
• At least 1–3 years of experience in accounting or financial analysis, preferably in a hospital or healthcare setting
• Experience using BizBox or other Hospital Information Systems is an advantage
• Willing to work onsite from Monday to Saturday
• Comfortable working in a hospital environment

Key Responsibilities:

• Review and analyze financial reports and statements and share insights with Management
• Prepare regular reports such as Income Statements, financial reports, and budget reports
• Assist in preparing monthly Balance Sheet and Cash Flow reports
• Help monitor the hospital’s financial performance by comparing current results with past data, budgets, and forecasts
• Support Management by providing financial information that helps with planning and decision-making
• Help create and maintain financial templates and models used during budgeting and planning
• Prepare operating expense (OPEX) and income analysis, both per department and for the hospital overall
• Assist in reviewing capital expenditures (CAPEX) by comparing actual purchases against the approved budget
• Check for and report any financial discrepancies or unusual results
• Maintain the Property, Plant, and Equipment records for the hospital
• Help prepare financial reports required by government agencies and external auditors
• Assist in consolidating department budgets into the overall hospital budget
