FINANCIAL PLANNING & ANALYSIS (FP&A) SPECIALIST

We are looking for a sharp, detail-oriented FP&A Specialist to support our senior leadership and commercial teams right in the heart of Makati!

COMPENSATION & WORK SCHEDULE

• Salary Range: ₱25,000 – ₱30,000 per month
• Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (Fixed Weekends Off!)
• Work Location: Pure On-site (Makati City)
• Hiring Type: Urgent Direct Hire

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Financial Analysis: Provide timely and accurate financial planning, corporate forecasting, budgeting, and performance reporting.
• Strategic Support: Assist the Finance and Management Services Head (through the Tax Supervisor) in advising commercial and senior leadership teams.
• Actionable Insights: Transform internal financial metrics and external market trends into data-driven, strategic business recommendations.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

• Education: Graduate of Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or any related field.
• Experience: 2 to 4 years of solid, relevant experience in financial planning and analysis (FP&A) or corporate finance.
• Technical Skills: Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and a strong working knowledge of budgeting and financial modeling.
• Systems: Direct hands-on experience using financial ERP systems, specifically SAP.
