Finance analyst

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytically minded Financial Analyst to join our team. In this role, you will play a key part in shaping our financial strategy by analyzing past performance, forecasting future trends, and providing data-driven recommendations to leadership. The ideal candidate loves digging into complex data sets, building clean financial models, and translating numbers into actionable business insights.

Key Responsibilities

• Financial Modeling & Forecasting: Develop, maintain, and update robust financial models to support long-range planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes.
• Variance Analysis: Analyze monthly and quarterly financial results against budget, forecast, and historical performance, identifying key drivers behind variances.
• Data & Performance Reporting: Prepare clear, concise financial dashboards and presentations for senior leadership to track Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
• Strategic Advisory: Conduct cost-benefit analyses, evaluate capital expenditure (CapEx) proposals, and identify opportunities for cost optimization and revenue growth.
• Market Research: Monitor industry trends, competitor performance, and macroeconomic factors to assess potential risks and market opportunities.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with operations, marketing, and sales departments to understand their financial data needs and help manage their departmental budgets.
