Finance Analyst

Location: Bacoor, Molino V (On-site)

Work Schedule: Monday to Friday

Salary: Open Budget (Compensation will be based on qualifications, credentials, and relevant experience.)

Qualifications

• Certified Public Accountant (CPA) is required.
• Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Experience in financial analysis, accounting, budgeting, or financial reporting is an advantage but not required.
• Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office applications.
• Knowledge of Philippine Financial Reporting Standards (PFRS), taxation, and accounting principles is an advantage.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive financial information.
• Willing to work on-site in Bacoor, Molino V.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare, analyze, and interpret financial reports and management reports.
• Assist in the preparation of annual budgets, financial forecasts, and cash flow projections.
• Monitor financial performance and recommend strategies to improve profitability and operational efficiency.
• Conduct variance analysis and provide recommendations to management.
• Ensure the accuracy and completeness of financial records and reports.
• Assist in the month-end and year-end closing processes.
• Support compliance with accounting standards, tax regulations, and statutory requirements.
• Coordinate with internal and external auditors during financial audits.
• Review financial transactions and recommend process improvements and internal controls.
• Assist in developing and implementing finance policies, procedures, and best practices.
• Provide financial insights and recommendations to support strategic business decisions.
• Support the Finance Head in overseeing daily finance and accounting operations.
• Act as the Finance Head's representative during their absence, as assigned.
• Perform other finance- and accounting-related duties that may be assigned by management.
