Description

  • Work closely with clients to understand their financial goals and develop tailored financial plans to meet those objectives.
  • Educate clients on a range of financial products, including insurance, investment, and retirement solutions.
  • Build a client base through networking, referrals, community engagement, social media marketing, etc.
  • Stayin formed about industry developments and continuously enhance your knowledge and skills.
  • Achieve sales targets and contribute to the growth of the agency

Requirement

  •  Limited to applicants from 22 to 40 years old willing to shift full-time from different industries.
  • No prior experience in financial services required; training and support will be provided.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a passion for helping others.
  • Self-motivated and goal-oriented, with a desire to succeed in a new career.
  • Ability to adapt and learn quickly in a dynamic environment.
  • Background in sales, customer service, or related fields is an advantage but not mandatory.
  • Bachelor’s degree in any field is preferred.
